Strategy

 

Developed a deep understanding of each hotel's social media tone and pinpoint diverse benefits from each location. Through intensive research surrounding each city location, I was able to create social media captions on Instagram and Facebook that encapsulated the overall tone of each location.

Outcome

Through engaging posts, K+K Hotels was able to increase its traffic flow to their website and increase bookings by 12% in a 4 month time period.
